Terms of Service

At this time, I am not offering cosplay commissions

By commissioning me, the client is agreeing that I (@royalvallite) retain all rights to the commissioned artwork (along with the watermark) and that it may not be sold, reproduced, or repurposed in any way, shape, or form for profit. This includes but is not limited to: NFTs, merchandise of any kind with the artwork. In addition to this, I am free to use the commissioned piece to promote my work.My artwork may not be used for AI in any form, be it training, "enhancing" the piece, or to add changes to it in any way. This includes AI tools such as Grok, Chat GPT and Sora AI.The client retains full rights to the OC and will be credited if the artwork is posted anywhere by me. The client may request for the artwork to not be posted.
The client is free to use the commissioned work for personal use/gifts only (i.e icon, header, background, personal/non-profit prints) as long as correct credit is given.My social media accounts for credit is @royalvallite on Instagram and Twitter.1) Payments will be sent via Paypal invoice and is accepted only in US Dollars. I require a minimum of a 50% down payment before I begin on the piece. I will only begin working on the piece after this payment has been received. If a payment plan was discussed with the client, I will work on the piece as I receive the payments. The completed commissioned piece will not be delivered until I have received the full payment*.2) All prices are final and will not be adjusted.- Please note that there is an upcharge for characters with complex design and additional characters. The charge for extra bodies is a flat rate that depends on the type of commission requested. The charge will be determined based on the type of commission that the client requests before the invoice is sent.3) As the artist, I reserve the right to decline any applications as I see fit.Examples of things I will not draw include but are not limited to:
gore, vore, implied non-consensual interactions of any kind, nsfw, complex armor, real people, mecha, hate speech, full furry, incestExamples of what I will draw include but are not limited to:
OCs, personas, kemonomimis, fan art, self shipping/OC x Canon/ Canon x Canon4) If your application is selected, I will be in touch with you to give you updates and progress on the piece. Multiple minor changes may be requested in the sketch phase as long as they are reasonable (ex. if you ask for me to completely redo a character design, it will be denied). However, once I have lined the piece the maximum number of changes is 3. If more than 3 changes are requested in the lined phase, an additional fee will be discussed and only charged if it is agreed upon by the client. If not, then I will not proceed with the changes and no additional fees will be charged.5)MY TURN AROUND TIME VARIES BETWEEN 3 WEEKS TO 4 MONTHS. This depends on the tightness of my schedule and the type of commission that you are requesting. I have chronic fatigue and work a full time job with irregular hours. I will be very transparent throughout the entire commissioning process regarding my schedule, and if there is any delay with the progress of your commission I will get in touch with you ASAP.6) Please include as much detail as possible when requesting your commission, as it helps me as an artist to get a better feel for the characters/setting that you want to go for. This could include things such as but not limited to: Pinterest boards, previous commissioned work from other artists of your character, fanfiction, pose references, mood boards, music playlists, color palettes.*The completed piece will be done in 300dpi and will be emailed to the client.

+ Detailed designs: $5-$30There is a maximum of 2 characters per canvas. Any additional characters can be discussed for an additional charge.Simple colored backgrounds are included for free unless otherwise stated or chosen by the client.
